How the process works
Everything we create is crafted by hand and made to order. For that reason all sales are final unless faulty. Please ensure that sizing and framing style have been signed off by your client before purchase.
We take the upmost care in making sure your order arrives looking exactly as it left us, and have an almost perfect record for breakages in transit.
If your order arrives damaged please send us pictures within 36-hours of delivery showing clearly the the faults, in the packaging and a claims advisor will manage your case. A replacement piece will be dispatched upon review.
